Clear intercom audio and video do not prove that the door-release path is working. The command, wiring, lock and its power arrangements must be considered for the actual installation. Tell Wasalat on 51050078 that calls work but door release does not.
Is the release control visible? Is there any sound from the lock? Does it work intermittently or from only one indoor unit? Does the door operate normally by its intended manual method? Note what happens rather than repeatedly pressing the release button.
Settings and hardware need different checks
Depending on the system, door release may involve station permissions, the assigned entrance or a configured output. Alternatively, the command may be available while the lock, supply or wiring needs attention. The appearance of the indoor screen alone cannot establish which part has failed.
Include the door in the inspection
A latch under pressure or a door that is out of alignment can affect release. A technician should consider mechanical operation alongside the electrical and configuration checks. Model-specific instructions are required before measuring or reconnecting components.
One apartment or the whole entrance?
A fault affecting one indoor station provides different evidence from a fault affecting every resident. For a shared building, identify the entrance and affected units, and arrange access with the responsible manager. Avoid changing shared settings without knowing their purpose.
Prepare for the service visit
Provide the indoor and outdoor models, clear equipment photos and the status of ringing, audio and video. Mention any recent replacement or settings change. Call 51050078 to discuss diagnosis. Do not bypass the lock or open power circuits yourself.
