How we work

Understand the requirement	Start with the property, existing equipment and the result you need.

Define the work	Agree the equipment, installation, configuration and testing included.
Test and hand over	Check the agreed functions and explain the essentials of using the system.

Wasalat Kuwait provides network, communication and smart-system services for homes and businesses in Kuwait. The company was established in 2014. Its existing company profile describes a showroom in Al Bassam 3 Complex, Ibn Khaldoun Street, Hawally.

What we work on

Our service scope includes structured cabling and WiFi, CCTV, intercom, business telephone systems, door access control, smart locks, attendance systems and audio systems. A new installation starts with the property and the required functions. An existing-system request starts with the equipment, symptoms and connections already in place.

Planning connected systems

A network can support computers, access points, cameras and IP phones, but each system still needs the appropriate equipment, power and configuration. We consider these requirements together when discussing a project, rather than choosing devices from a product name alone.

A clear scope for each request

Tell us whether you need a repair, a small extension or a new installation. For a project, share the property type, required outlets or devices, access arrangements and any existing drawings. The proposed scope can then identify equipment, cabling, configuration, testing and handover.
